Dreams - Ipswich

The store was inviting - very clean and neat. Staff were welcoming without being pushy. I was allowed a little time to browse before being approached by a Dreams Colleague. The Colleague understood my requirements, explained the different types of mattress and suggested that I try different mattresses to compare my experience. Placing the order was easy and I was able to choose a delivery date to suit me. It was an overall very pleasant experience.

We were acknowledged soon after entering the store and allowed to look around without being pestered. After a short time we were asked if we needed help and were given information about the range of mattresses available to go with a bed we had preselected from the website. we were offered a very nice cup of tea and again allowed to try different mattresses on our own, we were aware of a special offer on a very expensive one that had been reduced in price and after discussing the price with the help of Carol and the store manager we agreed to purchase, Quite painless really. Good experience. very happy.
