The staff were all very helpful and explained everything to us. To get a good reading I used the sleep machine and then with my results it limits what mattresses I could have which I found very helpful. The structure of the mattress that I liked was explained in simple terms and I tired with a pillow. Everything was sanitised and clean When I went to order the product it was simple and I also got complimentary pillows which was a lovely touch! I had to change the date when I got home as the bed frame was coming earlier than expected so I called the store and they were very helpful in changing the date of delivery No issues experienced

We were shown a variety of beds and mattresses and were allowed to try as many times as we wanted and did not feel pressured at all.Carol our assistant asked several time if we wanted a drink.
