The staff were friendly and helpful we found exactly what we were looking for at a more reasonable price than other stores ordering was simple things were explained well and delivery was quick .

I spent 45 minutes looking around I was approached within 3 minutes of entering the store. Gerrell, the Dreams colleague, asked me what I was looking for. He pointed out the area I should be looking at told me there were accessories to use to help me make my decision ie pillows etc. Gerrell then told me he will leave me for a while to test out the mattresses that I had homed in on. Gerrell gave me all the information I needed to make my choice and informed me of all offers and guarantees. Considering we were a month from Christmas delivery options were very good. I had to change the delivery date the next day by phone, as I had made a mistake I would not be around for that date. I think the lady's name was Rachel but I cannot be sure, she was very helpful. She got it changed to two days later and there was no issue with delivery. I received a phone call at 8am from the drivers saying what time they were coming which was 25 minutes later. They were very respectful and took down pictures where they thought there could be an accident bringing down the old mattress and taking up the new. All packaging was removed and taken with the drivers. All in all a faultless service!

Harry has been a patient and exemplary salesman, giving us plenty of time to try out mattresses, pillows and so on. We didn't feel under pressure to buy immediately, which is important. This is one of the best shopping experiences my son and I had.

Jarell the employee was extremely helpful and friendly

I was not pushed in anything the assistant was polite and very well mannered got offered a cup coffee and very relaxed as for I placed the Ord with him .

The shop assistant Gerrell was very friendly, put as at ease, had good communication skills! Had a fantastic experience!
