The service was excellent, all staff willing to help and answer many questions! Their knowledge was excellent. Offered pillows when trying out the beds. Shown similar beds and offered tea or coffee when processing payment.

Staff were very friendly. Was made to feel very welcome in the store and was even offered a drink while browsing. They took the time to listen to what was needed and provided useful information to help decide which mattress would be best for me.

An assistant told us about the pricing when we arrived and we were left to look around ourselves but someone was available immediately when we wished to talk with them. The assistant was very knowledgeable about the products.

The whole team was friendly helpful and had a good understanding of customer service.... even holding the door open for us when leaving .

I have dealt with Carol Fenwick with previous purchases and as before, Carol was friendly knowledgeable and efficient with our purchase. When collecting the furniture (we opted to collect as we have access to a van) the gentleman was extremely helpful and friendly.

The salesperson Lynsey showed us a number of different types of beds and demonstrated the benefits of each bed. The bed we chose, we had initially ignored as we did not think the drawers would be strong enough. Lynsey then stood in the drawers to show us how well built they were, so we bought the bed!
