The employee at the store helped me/us through the entire process of finding the best mattress for our needs. The employee took his time explaining the different choices and gave valuable feedback on our responses.

Lovely lady called carol assisted me . I told her what I wanted and she showed me my options . Suggesting different choices . The continental drawer option ☑️ Was very happy with my experience in store . And have already recommended my friend to go for her new bed .

Staff friendly and helpful,took the time to show us the diffrent types of mattress and explain the difference between them.

Customer service staff were friendly, offering coffee and cakes, whilst also respecting the fact that I was happy to look around on my own before requiring assistance.

The salesman was not pushy as we had experienced in another store

We came into the store late in the day and as served by Gerrell, despite being near closing time he spent all the time necessary to get everything we needed and explained it all so well! Gerrell was full of knowledge and so willing to help even though he had a family meal to get too!! He made us feel very comfortable and we would 100% go back and use him again!

The store was very nicely laid out,and the gentleman who looked after us was not pushing us made us feel we can take are time to look and he was very polite his name was Gerrell so nice how he treated us please thank him.

Friendly and efficient service

When we went in we were adamant that we wanted a divan bed for storage. Harjit showed us several options, but I was really not taken with the colours and felt as if I wanted more of a WOW factor, I also said about burgundy or red bases. As we were leaving I asked if a Grey velvet bed was available in any other colour, Harjit came back instead of his colleague and said if you have changed your mind from the divan I think I might have just what you are after. He then showed us the Macgill K Red velvet on the big screen - sold within seconds even though we could not see in the shop. Yes definitely had the Wow factor and perfect colour. Harjit was excellent he listened to what I had said in passing, so we purchased the bed that day and went back following day to order mattress. Shows the power of listening to the clients needs - Well done and Thank you, delivered today and colour absolutely fabulous.
