I have been considering this purchase for months thinking it would be a hassle and it was really easy with helpful staff.

The sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgable and knew the product well.

We went into store on Monday 15th January and had fantastic service from Gerrell from the moment we went in. He spent a great deal of time explaining the different types of mattresses available and answered all of our questions and concerns. Even though we told Gerrell we would not be purchasing that day, this did not affect the level of service and expertise he showed us. We then went back to store on the 17th to purchase the bed and mattress and asked for Gerrell again, although this was his day off and Carol looked after us instead. Carol was equally helpful and knowledgeable. We had first class service from both employees from start to finish and would not hesitate in recommending friends to visit the store. (and the coffee Carol made us was amazing!!!).

Speedy polite service and variety of beds to chooses from

I went in unsure and needed some advise. Which I got in heaps ! Not only from one assistant but three.

Shane the salesman was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and patient, all staff were friendly. Staff were happy to to let us browse on our own but we're on hand to answer any questions we had. This for me was very important as l suffer with severe anxiety and l found the experience very comfortable to cope with. First class customer service.

Shane introduced himself and said he would be available should we have any questions then left us to it. After trying a few beds, we asked Shane for help sourcing the same mattress as we currently have. He took one look at the picture of our current bed sticker and knew exactly which new mattress to recommend and showed us to it's location. We were also toying with the idea of purchasing a Tempur mattress bed but had 101 questions about it. Shane was knowledgeable and able to answer all of our questions, but importantly, he was friendly and personable, we felt relaxed talking to him. We weren't being given an aggressive sales pitch, we were being given genuine advice. The pricing was bespoke to our needs and very clear throughout. Ordering everything was quick and simple. We got the mattress and divan we wanted, delivered on a day we wanted, with installation and removal, all for a price we are very happy with, no hidden cost, no aggressive sales tactics, and a bit of banter with all the staff. Basically, we love The Dream Team at Ransomes, Ipswich. They truly are an asset to your company that we hope will receive some recognition once this feedback is read.

Shop was very clean and all the staff were friendly and helpful. Able to book in delivery date straight away.
