Very friendly member of your staff. Very honest with the various options and going into warehouse to get mattress we wanted to try. This is our second purchase in last 4 months as very satisfied with our previous purchase.

The assistant was very helpful and very knowledgeable. The manageress was very friendly too.

We were free to try all the mattresses out without any sales pressure. This made us relax and not run for the door. Carol introduced herself and said she was around if we needed her and gave us a rundown on the colours used in the store to help us with our choice. We didn't even mean to come in and buy! We were only coming to browse as we wanted a new mattress but didn't necessarily need one. Carol sold us a headboard, a divan and 2 pillows which was not on the shopping list. Carol knows her stuff and that helped enormously. Everyone shopping in the store seemed relaxed so they must know how to leave a customer be. Quite a few ended up in the position we found ourselves in and were buying but weren't intending to. I really enjoyed the experience of shopping in Dreams even if I didn't mean to go in and buy something straight away. However, we have an awesome new bed being delivered to us on Valentine's Day and are looking forward to a good night's sleep!

The overall service was excellent, we also managed to get a discount as bought the display model. We saw what we liked online and this bed was also on display in the shop. Staff were all extremely friendly and accommodating. The 0% finance is also an excellent alternative and you realise you are not getting ripped off!!
