Selecting a replacement mattress was quite a complex decision for us due to many factors including the existing bed( originally purchased from Dreams) and joint pain issues. Staff in particular Carol were marvellous as we worked through the choices and then moved around the store testing eight different products. The choice took some time and mindful that we were going beyond closing time. The extra time was available without any pressure. Definitely a well done with delivery due 6th March.

Very smart and clean store with a wide range of products excelant feed back and patience and very friendly staff I was well impressed by staff who helped us make a final choice able to try and lay on beds of our choice for comfort and special needs and not one bit pressured for final selection for my wife and myself a very pleasant afternoon and wonderful staff we also had a nice cup of tea which was apreacheated excelant store we have a son getting married shortly who will be looking for beds so he will now dought visit you many thanks

My partner and I were served on the day by Gerrell. He was a very nice guy, eager to help, personable and was very knowledgable. With Gerrell's help we quickly found the bed and mattress we wanted. Served by Gerrell , I was waiting to be served Gerrell approached me when he saw I was waiting very promptly, he was very polite, understood my requirements and helped with my purchase, taking me directly to the sort of beds that I required. I never felt rushed into making my purchase even though the store was quite busy , Gerrell showed me various different options available to my requirements and helped me select a delivery date that suits me I would use the store again

We had an idea in mind of what we were looking for and how much we wanted to spend. We were assisted quickly and shown products tailored to our requirements and not talked in to spending money we didn't want to. Gerrell had good knowledge and was honest about the products. Due to his service our shopping and purchasing experience was quick and painless. He was very polite and friendly and we would happily bring back our future custom and have already recommended to friends.

The staff didn't pounce but approached when appropriate. Our lady informed us, answered our questions, pointed out different options and then left us to decide without pressure. When we were ready to buy, she was available to go through the purchase, explaining as she went. A friendly, personal, effiecient and service with a relaxed sense of humour. Thank you.

Vey pleased went int here with a budget was seen almost straight away and was pointed in the right direction gave us time to test and feel mattress and offered hot beverage for em and my other half. All info I needed was answered
