Friendly helpful staff and easy to find what we wanted

Harry the representative was extremely helpful polite and easy to talk to, he asked lots of questions so he could ascertain my needs and guide me in the right direction. I did not feel pressured in any way and felt very confident with what he explained about the product, he obviously had full knowledge about the products he was selling. Harry also asked us if we would like a coffee which we accepted and thought what a nice gesture that was, I have never had that service before, also gave me time to talk to my friend and to make my mind up. Harry also asked me if I was needing any pillows and duvets etc. I would say you have a very valued member of your staff.
