I was attended to very quickly by Gerrell during my visit. He was very attentive and most helpful, I was very at ease during my visit.

Extremely helpful and friendly staff. Not pushy Informed me of sale starting the next day saving me money Very knowledgeable about the products Went above and beyond.

The salesperson answered our questions and allowed us plenty of time to try and find what we thought was a comfortable and reasonable priced mattress.He greeted us and was pleasant throughout and encouraged us to try out most of the beds.

No pressure experience

Arrived at the Dreams store Euro park in Ipswich with an idea of what we wanted to purchase. We were greeted by Gevrel, who asked me if we needed any assistance, I said we were just looking thanks and he pointed out to me the colour coding of the different mattress types, which I found very helpful... he then asked us if I would like tea or coffee, which was very nice... I had some coffee. He left us to browse for a while and seemed to know when to come and help or advise. He was extremely polite and informative, he told us to take our time... lay on the beds and get comfortable was his advice, so I done just that!! He was not at all pushy and let us make our own decisions in our own time with no pressure at all, he answered all our queries as and when... he was happy for us to look and try and take our time. Excellent service.

Shop Assistant very helpful and friendly. The prices were quite high in my opinion

The store assistant was helpful without trying to push a sale. He asked if we required help and offered the help we needed. He then left us alone to decide on the product we wanted. He remained available without standing over us.

I'm very happy with the whole experience from researching online to actually going in-store to purchase. The website was very easy to use and found what I wanted very quickly at a good price. In-store, Gerrell was only to pleased to help all he could, and considering I'm extremely fussy he had the patients of a saint. Very pleased with everything to this point and hopefully will be once my new bed is delivered.
