Shane was really helpful - he took the time to explain the differences in various mattresses to help us make the right choice but didn't overcrowd us when we were making our decision. We had our 2 kids with us (7 and 5) who like most kids find this type of shopping really boring - he took the trouble to talk to them too and even found them stickers whilst we were dealing with the paperwork.

Already saw product online, wanted to see mattress and try out. The salesman, Shane, greeted us and took us straight to it. The sale was processed very efficiently. Whole experience was very good would definitely recommend to others.

We were invited to bring our dog into the store. We explained our requirements to the assistant and he showed us the subset of beds that met our requirements. The assistant was polite, helpful and at no time did we feel pressured to purchase. Overall, a pleasant experience.

The assistant was very helpful and converted everything we ordered from metric to feet and inches as I still " old school" nothing was to much trouble for her and I felt I felt very relaxed and not at all hurried in my choosing . Many thanks.

From first walking in the shop it did seem just like loads of beds but once our assistant gerrell explained the system to us the whole experience became very easy and almost enjoyable

When we went to look in your store we was greeted by Sue (dreams colleague) We told her what we wanted and she she helped us with the mattress we wanted and then we looked at beds the one we liked seemed a bit big so Sue advised us to measure our room to make sure we had enough room so we went home and did that. We found we would have limited room for that one. We went back the next day and Sue helped us again and we found another bed. The staff are very friendly and helpful and we have no problems of going back.
