The assistant understood what we wanted easily and tried to help us find the right bed.

We were increased with the lay out of store and the knowledge of our assistant.

The assistant Carol was attentive and knowledgable about the product without being pushy, she made us feel welcome and put us at our ease, showed us the product and explained the pros & cons, sorted the paperwork without fuss explaining as she went through each section, took the payment and wished us well. Couldn’t ask for a better service, will be back next month to order a second bed and headboard.

The sales assistant Tori was very friendly, knowledgable and helpful without being pushy. She gave me plenty of time to try several mattresses and gave good advice on which products might work best.

We were met by Cathy immediately we entered & she was very helpful throughout our visit.. She was not "pushy" but gave us time to think.

Cathy was so helpful in helping me to find a new bed for myself. She wasn’t at all pushy. She explained things really well. She was funny and kind. The mattress tester machine is great! The mattress I picked out from the options is so comfortable. It wasn’t one I may have thought to try without having been on the mattress tester. Cathy made sure I had the info on the best of the offers available and threw in some free pillow too! :o) She went through everything clearly before I paid. She was helpful with arranging the delivery slot to suit my needs. Thank you.

I was offered help as soon as I entered the store and Claire was very helpful and friendly. I was even offered a drink whilst the paperwork was being done. Also liked the fact the I was given a bag to put the old mattress in and delivery within a week. Many thanks Claire
