Having just left Bensons Beds where we could not get any assistance from staff we came into Dreams where we were soon contacted by your salesman who,without being at all pushy dealt with our needs. He quickly understood our requirements and pointed us o the products which suited our needs. We quickly found the product and placed our order which was dealt with quickly and accurately Very satisfied with quality of service.

The assistant (Carol) was not only very very knowledgeable about all the products, she was very understanding and patient.... A real asset to your firm.

Greeted warmly by staff. Offered assistance and advice (and coffee!) pretty much immediately. Given plenty of attention but also given the space and time to look and around and 'think' without feeling under any pressure. Great camaraderie within the team, and an obvious love of humour which made for a relaxed and happy shopping experience. Sue was very knowledgeable about products and great with advice, but it was also the personable manner with which she gave it that impressed me. In all honesty I didn't think we would actually make a purchase on the day, but it was thanks to the manner in which we were treated that we felt happy to do so. You have a great team.
