The staff member politely came across and offered assistance without being pushy. He provided good information and then allowed us to look around without hounding us. When we were ready to ask further questions he provided us with information we needed and explained further info on the interest free offer available. We were very pleased with the staffs knowledge of the goods within the store and placed the order with confidence. Really impressed with staff members attention to detail as he explained everything throughly.
