Harry was very helpful and gave us enough space and time to consider what we wanted. He appeared to be very knowledgeable and was able to answer all our questions. There was no pressure and plenty of time for us to try all the beds. Coffee was provided and the music was even lowered for us, could easily have had a nap!

We were very satisfied with the explanation, assistance in finding exactly what we required. The assistance was excellent and very helpful and knew what she was talking about.

We were well looked after at your store sales person Carol very nice and friendly staff all in good hummer Thanks R Sedgwick .

sue was very friendly.. funny and helpful. she gave me space but was there when I needed her.

We had visited other stores , and finally chose DREAMS could not fault anything at all , very helpful explain in every way possible to get our dream bed very satisfied with our order can’t wait for its arrival.

The young man who helped me was very good I suggest you make him manager ,he was a joy and was very helpful with helping me make my desicion,let's hope your delivery people are just as good but will have to wait till it all arrives before I can comment on them.

The service and knowledge was good as was the soft sell approach.

We were able to view on our own and then when assistance was required they were very accommodating and did not leave us hanging around waiting. The overall variety and price range was very good.

The Assistant Sue (Ipswich) was excellent and patient with me and took great care of me and understood my needs and did not give me a hard sell, which is something I do not like.
