Very friendly service with the offer of a drink. Excellent knowledge of our chosen bed as she had previously visited the factory.

we had already purchase our bed frame last year and was very happy with the service received and the no pressure sales approach. we recently needed a new mattress so went back to the same store. again same high levels of customer service. left to pick and choose when required but still available to answer any questions

We found the staff very pleasant and obliging. They were very knowledgeable about the bed we wished to purchase, we were offered a cup of tea or coffee and the whole experience was enjoyable. Would definately shop here again.

Excellent service and good knowledge of products from staff, great hospitality

We only went in to get an idea of mattress prices and see what we liked. We ended up buying a whole bed and mattress. We were made to feel welcome the second we walked through the door, there was no pressure and the assistants were really friendly and chatty. We were really impressed with the deal we were given and felt it was silly to turn it down. Really great experience.
