I was looking to buy a new mattress and the assistance I received from Shane was very helpful. He was very knowledgeable about the products and was attentive without being pushy. He provided coffee and made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel rushed as he gave me plenty of time to try the mattresses numerous times!

Carol who assisted us on choice of mattresses to try due to my husband having bad back due to an operation was very helpful and friendly made us feel comfortable. Looking forward to trying the new mattress when it arrives on the 9th may.
