We were greated warmly when we arrived asked if we needed assistance or prefer to browse on our own which was great as we hate being pounced on by a pushy sales person. When we were ready the lady assistant immediately came over to tell us about your products, she showed us alternatives so we could see the difference. We left the store stating we would look around & call back if we couldn’t find a better mattress, she didn’t put any pressure on us which again we appreciated. We then went to look at alternatives but went back as we liked your product & salesperson.

After considerable time and effort in previously deciding what our needs and requirements were we decided to visit this store and were highly satisfied with the help and advice given by the assistants and the fact that we were not hurried or pressured in any way (and the coffee provided was an extra bonus!).

Well received and satisfied with the purchase

All staff were very friendly and helpful when it came to working out what we needed. We had a lovely cup of tea, nice chat and bought a lovely bed perfect for our requirements. Didn't feel forced or pushed into our purchase, the way we like to shop! Couldn't be better.

Gentlemen called Shane at the Ipswich Euro Park store (083). Very helpfull and professional helped with all mine and my partners bed questions and run us over the different bed options . When sorting out paper work at the desk he also asked if i would like a hot or cold drink , will be definitely returning in future for all our bed needs . Top fella thumbs up from me !

The member of staff was friendly and courteous and left me to make my own decision but said he’d answer any questions if necessary. When I was ready to order, he went through it all and explained everything.

Your store was the first one i visited and i was made to feel very comfortable and the service from Carol was amazing, she was very welcoming and went through everything so nicely without feeling confused. It was lovely to come into your store and not be pounced on and when i needed help Carol was their and went through everything so clearly and so lovely and friendly and i thank her for that greatly..... The staff were all really helpful and talked me through the differences. Gave me plenty of time, made me feel relaxed and delivered what I consider excellent customer service; they gave me space and time to think and detailed information when I required it.
