Welcomed to the shop by attentive but not overbearing staff

Wanted a vacuum packed single mattress for a cabin bed. The member of staff was very helpful and knowledgeable and I was in and out within minutes

The salesman was very knowledgable of the products we wanted a specific type of bed we were shown those beds we tried them out the salesman was available but not pushy and did not try to lead us to other beds as a result we bought bed mattress headboard and bedding

We had looked at two other stores near by for a comparison. The personal approach of Linsey and her knowledge of the beds / mattresses which would suit our need was incredible. She asked a few questions in conversation to us and knew exactly what would be best for our need. In comparison to the other two stores her knowledge of your products and her friendly manner made our job of choosing two items very easy and exactly what we needed. Your prices were similar to other shops , your sales person Linsey sold your products to us and have an excellent service.

The assistant was courteous and asked several question to try and establish our needs. He appeared very knowledgeable and gave us alternatives to consider and then left us to consider and try the different options. He was not too assertive but stepped forward if we appeared unsure. Offered hospitality (tea,coffee). Made our experience a lot easier we both felt.

Gerrell and Carol were both very helpful Gerrell spent time with me making sure I could use the mechanism on the ottoman bed, and Carol was really clear with the paperwork at the purchase point
