The assistant had a thorough knowledge of the product and it’s manufacture from home grown sheep !!

We were asked about our requirements, shown the possible options and left to consider them without pressure

it was my first time to a bed shop, i usually order on line from supermarker retailers, however i wanted to experience a direct supplier, Gerrel was so very friendly had good product knowledge and let us try the mattress first, i didnt feel presurred and the rest of the team seemed friendly too. top class, i will be back

Carol, the Dream's colleague, met us at the door as we walked in. She was anything but 'pushy'. In fact she was extremely knowledgeable of the products available and made us feel relaxed and at ease. She ensured we had coffee to accompany our wander around the store and ensured we got all the information we needed to make our purchase. It was a pleasure to be hosted by an open and honest professional.

Shopping for mattresses isn't exactly a fun family activity; especially with 2 toddlers who think they're in a trampoline fun park. Gerrell Harris approached us with a relaxed and friendly demeanour that was a welcome change from the 'normal' sales person. We briefly explained our situation - that we needed a new mattress - and proceeded to take a look. As mentioned our children decided that each and every bed/mattress needed a toddler evaluation (sorry about that) however, Gerrell - seeing they were just having fun in an unfamiliar and lets be honest boring environment - kept an eye on them occasionally providing a friendly nod letting us know they were ok (and hadn't destroyed the shop). His relaxed, mature and friendly attitude made what could have been an awful shopping trip into a completely pleasant and fun one. Thank you Gerrell. I would also like to commend the rest of the staff on duty that day; everyone of them was friendly, relaxed and welcoming; well done Dreams Ransomes.
