Vert understanding to my needs as in what I was looking for in a mattress.

I needed a new bed. Had previously checked out an option online and went into the store to place order. Gerrell was my assistant. He was very knowledgeable, understood my needs and he dealt with all my enquiries and the order incredibly swiftly. Was literally in and out of the shop in about 20 minutes. Brilliant service all round.

I am a wheelchair user , I could get around the shop easily, the staff paid no neverminds to my disability but treated me with courtesy, we're not over zealous for a sale . Concentrate more on what I was looking for and suggested what they thought would suit my needs . I never felt under any pressure , I was made to feel welcome. I would most certainly recommend Dreams

Customer assistants very helpful and patient. Nothing was too much trouble & they went out the extra mile to make the process of selecting & ordering as straight forward as possible.

Staff had good product knowledge and were friendly. Not a hard sell but available with information when required and were empowered to give us a good deal.

The assistant was very helpful and considerate to my needs regarding back problems. He was very honest in his opinion on the product.

Friendly staff and the offer of a cup of tea. Staff not pushy and I was allowed to look at my own pace. But knowing that when I needed a assistant then the staf were available. I did not feel that I was rushed and being given time I felt important to me on that hot Saturday. Also being able to ask f OI vould have my order delivered at a date would be suitable to me.
