Dreams - Ipswich

We have wanted this bed for a long time so decided we would treat ourself’s to it.

I bought 2 beds a year ago from the Ipswich branch and loved the lady that served me and how friendly and knowledgable the staff were. I felt at ease with them - was offered a cup of tea .

The staff could not have been more welcoming and friendly. They were extremely helpful and had lots of time for us, I even got a cup of tea! Sue was knowledge able about the various mattress s and helped but did not push at all. Children were very lively and no one seemed to mind this and youngest was even given a cold drink and encouraged to do some colouring in! We left the shop with one of our mattress s, the other to be delivered as not in stock which was the only disappointment, we will definately go back to the store at Ransomes Europark when we need new bases next year latest, and certainly reccommmend this store to friends. Thankyou.

We had no problems with finding the mattress we were looking for. The store Assistance’s we’re friendly an very helpful with there knowledge in knowing what item was suitable for us ,

The young man who served us was very knowledgeable and extremely personable, he had patience with us as we tried nearly every bed in the store. The one we chose was in the sale and he was pleased we had found the mattress we were happy with.

I ordered a mattress online, then decided to go into the local Ipswich office to change the mattress, the staff where great in store, and I phoned to cancel my original order which was completed very efficiently. All round good service.
