We were served by Harry who was very professional in his product knowledge, never pushy, allowed us all the time we needed to make our choice. He was helpful, had a friendly manner & was patient throughout our time in the store. Every question was answered, no problem. A good representative for Dreams.

We were served by Cathy at your Ipswich store.She made our experience in your store brilliant.In all the years of shopping I have never meet a better sales person.Her knowledge,attitude and the time she spent with us was first class.We had two grandchildren with us and she was able to amuse them while looking after us at the same time. I cannot recommend her enough

The staff allowed my daughter and I time to look at various mattresses before approaching us to ask if we needed assistance. We were not rushed in any way. We found the two members of staff we spoke with to be very friendly, professional and informative.

My visit to Dreams was an overall good experience.. I was treated with the upmost respect and found the staff very helpful and friendly.. I am in the process of moving house and was going to order at later date, but was so happy with the service I received I came back in store and placed my order

I cannot fault the colleagues or the service I received. As a first time buyer of a mattress, the colleague who helped me (Carol) took great time to understand what I was looking for and helped me understand what mattress would be best for me using the dreams machine thing! She advised me about extra insurance and pillows I could buy but never once pressured me into anything. She explained the financing incredibly well. Nothing seemed like too much hassle and she made my experience very enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this store to my friends and family. Thank you for all of your help - Carol should definitely get employee of the month!

Super friendly staff ie Carol not at all pushy,very helpful.Pointed out all the mattresses that would suit my needs,especially as I have hip and back problems.

Cathleen greeted us as soon as we entered the store and spent so much time with us, explaining the difference in products and comfort. She interacted with my children and was very friendly. She was knowledgeable without being pushy about the sale, which I highly appreciated. I would highly recommend Cathleen and this Dreams store to others, and I will definitely come back when I need to make another purchase.

Staff were able to explain all about pillow and how some companys try to copt their products and how to lòok after it.

Both Cathy & Carol (we made some preliminary visits to site prior to purchase) we’re friendly and incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. They took time to find out our needs and were well informed in providing options to us. At the same time they were not pushy or overbearing. We were given time to look at options and make a decision whilst in store and the whole process was excellent

The sales assistant Carol was very thorough. She spent a lot of time showing us different options and guiding us. Her knowledge was very great and nothing was too much trouble. She was very friendly, offered us water and gave us time alone to discuss our options.
