The assistant was lovely not pressure sales she explained everything about how your comfort ratings work and the took a step back to allow us to look I hate it when you have an assistant putting pressure on you and on many occasions have walked out of a store without buying.We also looked at Benson beds but there displays and products were not easy to understand so left and went back to dreams to purchase a great shopping experience 😊

Great customer service, reliable products

Richard was very professional whilst still being friendly and very helpful - he even arranged a cup of tea for us both! The overall experience was amongst the best I have experienced at any furniture retailer.

It wasn't our intention to make a purchase we were only looking but we were so impressed with the price it was too good to miss ,the assistant who served us was brilliant she was very helpful she gave us excellent customer service

We were well received when entering the store without staff being pushy. We selected a bed and mattress but when we got home we realised the bed was to long for our bedroom. We then returned to the store and changed our order without any fuss from the staff.
