The assistant in Dreams, Lynsey, had a good knowledge of the products which were on show in the shop. She listened to what we were looking for, and gave valuable advice. She also allowed us time to test out various mattresses, without making us feel rushed or uncomfortable.

We found salesman Harry to be there to assist if needed but not overpowering as is the case in a lot of stores. He gave advise & made suggestions & was very knowledgeable on the products. The showroom also was impressive with a good choice of product in all price ranges.

The assistant was extremely helpful, friendly and a pleasure to deal with. She highlighted the mattresses that would best suit my needs, wasn't at all pushy and just seemed like an overall lovely person. It seems lile the assistants in store have a positive relationship together as well which I like to see.

Carol was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. She brought to our attention a mattress we had not considered and it was that one we eventually bought. The team there were so helpful, made us coffee and carried the mattress to the car.

Friendly customer service and knowledge left us comfortable and confident that we were buying the right bed for us. Without pushing us to buy something we didn’t want too. We visited all of the Bed/furniture stores in Ipswich retail park that day and by a country mile this Dreams store was the best. Lastly would like to commend Carol who made our experience a lot easier.

We went to the store looking for a mattress similar to the current one we purchased from Dreams some years ago. My husband and I were greeted by a lovely gentleman named Gerrell and we were shown the different options we could choose from. Gerrell was extremely helpful and knowledgeable of the different feel you can get from each mattress and encouraged us to test the ones we liked. We decided on the one we preferred for a few reasons, comfort being the main reason and because of the excellent service. Gerrell offered his assistance genuinely and had a fantastic personality too. We were even offered a hot drink but we declined as we live quite close to the store. Having a quick delivery date also added to the good shopping experience Thanks very much for you help Gerrell
