The gentleman that served me was knowledgable, listened to me and helped make a decision. He was also aware of other clients in the store and made sure they were served by his colleagues too. Very friendly and professional.

Really nice friendly chap called Gerrell. He said hello, pointed out where to look for mattress and their prices. then he left us alone to browse. this is really important - we then went back to him for help. He knew what was going on with the prices and went to double check for us so we knew exactly what was happening to buy the mattress - even talked us into getting a nice new bed for it. And he found a good price. Very good retail experience.

I ordered a bed and mattress from the Ipswich store. Lynsey was very helpful but without pressure. She was very friendly and knowledgable.

The sales colleague (Garrett) was very helpful and not pushy. He was available to answer any questions and I felt he gave his honest opinion. Equally pleased that he was not pushy and did not impede the time we wanted to take to ensure we made as best a purchase as we could.
