Highly satisfied. we had fairly specific requirements and the sales person matched our needs perfectly.

I was highly satisfied as the member of staff, Carol who served me listened to the specific questions and requirements I had. Carol then showed me my options exactly and did not try to sell me items that were more expensive or inappropriate. Carol and her colleague also helped to carry items to my car

The team were helpful and friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much and the order was processed thoroughly and smoothly

Harjit was very helpful in explaining about the beds we was looking for.

The sales assistant was very attentive right at the right moments. Left us alone to do what we needed to do as well which for me is very important

The team at Dreams Ransomes Europark Ipswich were excellent. Friendly and welcoming from getting through the door. We knew what frame we wanted and needed help with a suitable mattress to go with it that would suit my disability. Carol and the manager were exceptionally helpful and kept us at ease throughout the whole process, if only all stores could have staff like these the world would be a much happier place.

I was a bit stressed when entering the store and was approached very quickly and asked what i would like help with and would i like a cup of tea (wow) this really impresssed me! Harry was helpful and knowledgeable (made a wonderful cuppa) and made the whole experience easy

Carol (Carrie) who looked after me whilst I was in store was nothing short of amazing! So friendly, knowledgeable, I came in twice and she remembered me from the previous visit and was able to retrieve my quote before I even sat down...she was patient whilst I um'd and ah'd over my final choice. I can hand in heart say I would recommend this store to anybody. Carrie has this amazing knack at oozing friendliness.
