Staff were all friendly, helpful, polite. Very knowledgeable about the products & what would be right for me. Nothing was too much trouble. All in all great customer service.

I had just been forced to cancel an order with Feather & Black because their customer service was terrible. I found another product very similar to the one I canceled online, but decided I would try out the store. The employee who served me -Gerrell - was very helpful and put a very face to my visit. Sadly, they didn't have the product in store, but he very helpfully ordered it in store for me - and gave me a delivery date.

Staff member was very informative and helpful, explained the various mattresses to me, invited me to try them. Gave me info on the bed that I ordered. Made me a cup of tea! Explained about the company charity Fostering, explained that the wood the bed is made from is from renewable resources!
