All staff members I dealt with were professional and very helpful and resolved the problem quickly and easily. The lady who placed my order was also very friendly. Would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

I was greeted when entering store and asked if I needed help. I had already researched products online so had a specific mattress in mind. Susan showed me the product and I was invited to try it out and take as much time as I needed. Once I had made my mind up I was offered refreshments whilst my order was placed. It was explained that I could extend the guarantee and removal of my old mattress was confirmed. I received a free mattress protector, bag for my old mattress, plus pillows. Delivery dates and options were discussed. The whole process was conducted efficiently by a polite member of staff in a timely manner.

As the staff were friendly and helpful and understood the different type of mattresses to help find the best fit for me.

I had already looked online before I came to the shop so I knew exactly what bed I wanted. However was unsure on what mattress but Sue was really helpful and helped me find the perfect one for my needs :)
