Carol at Ipswich store was very helpful she listened to our needs and then showed us your beds without any pressure only good advise

I was greeted when entering store and asked if I needed help. I had already researched products online so had a specific mattress in mind. Susan showed me the product and I was invited to try it out and take as much time as I needed. Once I had made my mind up I was offered refreshments whilst my order was placed. It was explained that I could extend the guarantee and removal of my old mattress was confirmed. I received a free mattress protector, bag for my old mattress, plus pillows. Delivery dates and options were discussed. The whole process was conducted efficiently by a polite member of staff in a timely manner.

As the staff were friendly and helpful and understood the different type of mattresses to help find the best fit for me.

Harry our sale adviser was brilliant help full his knowledge was excellent very polite and professional

On arrival, Carol (83) told us she was there and was available should she be required for any queries, which I like as it left us free to wander the store until we found an item we liked and immediately Carol was there to assist us with our purchase ! Recommended.
