Tory in the Ipswich Ransomes Euro Park Store was amazing!! She talked me and my mum through the entire process and found me the perfect mattress!!

Tori was brilliant, she show me lots of items and stayed with throughout explaining everything very clearly I’m a very happy customer 😊

We were greeted on arrival and once we told the salesperson of our interest, she introduced herself and explained and offered the use of the machine which assists with selection of suitable mattresses to meet our individual needs. Once we used the machine she explained the results and guided us to try the mattresses.

Staff where very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. They made our visit relaxed and easy in finding the right mattress and bed frame.

All staff seemed so nice. Not pushy at all. Asked if we needed help and left us to look around once questions answered. Made sure mattress was right for us. Have pillows to try for sure. Was offered a drink. Staff really down to earth, easy to talk too. Knowledgeable about products. Lovely team of staff that worked well together!

Carol @Ipswich was amazing, friendly, highly informative and also gave space for me to decide and try out. I never felt any pressure and recommended family to go. We will be back. Also Carol, was just the absolute best being present to my young son Henry, who warmed to her too. She’s a massive asset to the store.

The sales assistant was friendly, knowledgeable & professional, she was polite about me going to look in another nearby shop to compare. She was with other customer's when I returned, but acknowledged me & her colleague processed the sale. Both v pleasant & quick delivery time, excellent product price & no delivery fee. No pushiness.
