Really nice friendly staff , was offered a hot drink within 5mins of entering the store and again when I was placing my order. Harry was very helpful with talking me though the different mattresses and asked if I wanted to lay on them ,he also told me that if the mattress I had chosen wasn’t comfortable or I was happy in 40 day I could exchange for another which I think is a great idea. I would definitely use dreams again and would recommend friends and family to use dreams.

I was met by the assistant, Gerrrell, as I arrived and he directed me to the mattresses I was interested in. He was very knowledgable and answered all my questions

The salesman was very helpful and found my son's previous order so that I could make sure the storage box I wanted to order would match his bed which he bought from Dreams.

I rang there night before re prices etc. Went in the following morning & made my purchase. It was the same girl, she remembered me from the phone call & was charming & knowledgeable. It had been too long since I had made the move, can't wait now for delivery. Was very impressed.

Lynsey was extrememly helpful and knowledgeable. It was overall a prductive and pleasant shopping experience.

We visited your store three times as we decided whether or not to spend £5k on a bed, for obvious reasons. The first two times were were approached by your sales assistant, Gerrell, and on the third visit a colleague found him for us. Gerrell was excellent. He spent time with us, but backed off at the right time to allow us to talk in private and consider our purchase. He did a fabulous job, actively listening and responding to our questions. On the occasion he required support, he sought it, which is so much better than trying to bluff his way through. He was detailed and thorough, which was very appreciated.

We were greeted warmly with a smile and a polite enquiry concerning the purpose of our visit to Dreams. Having stated our needs we were then shown a broad selection of mattresses and given advice and guidance on the qualities of each product in a very competent and professional manner that made us feel comfortable and confident. As we moved around the display area we never felt any sales pressure but colleague Carol was always available when we had a question. We were offered drinks while we reached our decision.

I was highly satisfied with my whole experience in dreams this morning. All my needs were catered for. The sales lady was very informative, she redirecting me to a bed that was more suitable for me. I was very happy with her choice and brought it.
