The lady who helped us ..Carol. was very attentive and helpful. We spent a long time in store looking at various beds and mattresses and she took her time to make sure we were satisfied with the items we purchased.

The salesman gauged our need immediately, was not pushy in any way shape or form, yet was there at any point if we had any questions and clearly knew his stuff. We want a mattress to last us the longest, yet for the mattress we want, our budget only allowed us to have 800 springs. Shane was honest that the bed we liked was not necessarily ideal, however then sold us to the idea of buying the extended warranty to remove any worries or fears that the bed would not be long lasting. Very very pleased

The lady assisting us was very helpful and friendly. She was able to get us some pillows and a protective cover thrown in at only a little more expense. She was thorough and knew her stuff.
