I dealt with Lynsey who I believe is the manager at your Ipswich store, I found her to be very friendly,courteous, patient ( as I couldn’t make up my mind), knowledgeable and understood my needs. All in all a very pleasurable experience.

The lady Carol was extremely helpful when I was choosing my mattress when I explained my health needs, she got me a pillow so I could lay in the mattresses and see which one was best. She provided me with useful information and advice.
