I was able to walk around the store without undue interference from any member of staff after I had told them I was just looking.Once I had made my mind up I approached the desk and a member of staff asked if I was ok and then proceeded to take my order,she was very friendly and explained everything clearlyl

The staff were extremely friendly, the lady that served us and sold our mattress and bed etc was so knowledgable. She was extremely friendly to our children too and I would definitely recommend Dreams and come back in time to come.

Assistant Cathy was very knowledgeable, explained well and allowed plenty of time to try the options. At no point was there any pressure to decide or buy. Perfect customer service.

Carol spent a lot of time and efffort finding me the right bed and mattress. Her knowledge about beds and mattresses was amazing she knew what she was talking about. From the moment I walk in the shop till the moment I came out I felt very happy and welcomed and would defentley got back to such an amazing service.

I was highly satisfied with the experience at the Dreams store in Ipswich, as I wasn't fully confident of what I required prior to the experience. Harry, the sales assistance, was always on hand to assist and was able to explain to me the different types of bed on offer. He was very helpful and patient throughout the process. The use of the Dreams Sleep Match Mattress, which recommended me a range of different mattresses, was extremely useful, as it helped me to have a much clearer picture as to what I was looking for based on my personal needs. I came away highly satisfied with my purchase and look forward to receiving the mattress once delivered.
