Thorough, friendly and to the point. Didn’t feel pressured into buying things we didn’t need and walked out with a bed we think will be good for us.

The staff were extremely helpful and patient and we were very impressed by the machine that helped us find the scale of firmness of matters needed.

Upon entering the store we had an excellent assistant approach us and it wasnt to much he asked what we were looking for and explained the differences without being pushy ,we were offered a drink whilst thinking about which mattress we would like

Harry form the Ipswich Store was knowledgeable about the products, he took the time to work out what we wanted and directed us to the right product. He did not try a hard sell (which I hate) and allowed us to make an informed choice while being available for advice. This was the fourth store of the afternoon and by far the friendliest and easiest to navigate, hence why we purchased from you.

Cathy took her time explaining the process of choosing a mattress, gave us the opportunity to try several and go back and forth between them. Refreshment was provided and we felt that she wanted to help us not just make a sale.

We did not need a lot of attention so once pointed in the right direction the sales assistant left us, he said he would come back in a little while. I was happy he did this as I did not feel any pressure to make a purchase. Once we had decided what we wanted we were directed to the payment desk where some very good up selling left us leaving we everything we needed at reasonable price. I was very impressed with friendliness of the staff.
