Carol in the Ipswich store was prompt, friendly informative and polite. There was no pressure to buy but we had plenty of time to try the beds and her guidance was excellent and knowledge extensive. We even tried the bed which checks ones posture and needs which was compatible with the bed we bought

Susan Jayne was absolutely wonderful. She was very patient, took the time to explain products, was not pushy and acted in a professional manner. We came away very satisfied and are looking forward to our product being delivered. It was a very easy and straight forward process.
