Gerrell in the Ipswich store could not have been more helpful and knowledgable. He introduced himself at the outset, asked us what we were looking for and why. He then got us to try the bed analysis for the type of mattress that would suit us which was amazing. He then explianed the options and left us alone to make our choices and then answered all our questions. He did not hassle us at all, if he had we would not have made the purchase. If all your staff are like him you are very lucky.
