The sleepmatch machine was really helpful in identifying what we actually needed from a mattress, instead of what we thought we wanted. The staff member was very friendly and knowledgeable and helped us with the purchase in a non-pushy manner

I went to Ipswich store and dealt with Carol who was superb. Not pushy very knowledable and really pleasant. To be frank i wanted to buy off Bensons a similar product but because of the way Carol dealt with us and helped us without being demanding convinced me to take the business to Dreams. Gerrell came over to greet me as a Customer. He offered me advice according to my own needs using the special scan for posture. He guided me through the results and suggested I tried a few mattresses which were recomnended so I did and found one I liked. Gerrell offered me a glass of water and was very professional in his approach, so happily I purchased a mattress and a divan base from dreams. A dream come through!

The salesman Shane remembered me from the week before and his college got me a glass of water. He showed me all I wanted and explained the products thoroughly.
