Store colleague, Harry, very knowledgeable, polite, courteous, answered all questions and queries. Very impressed with speed of arranging a delivery to fit with my other commitments.

The customer service was excellent and at no point did we feel pressured into buying a bed. We went to other competitors who jumped on us on arrival and didn't get to know us. Harry was wonderful and when we came back for our 2nd visit still had time for us and took us back to the recommended beds, was happy to give us multiple options on bed and matress combos. He remembered what we had told him previously.

The assistant was available very soon after my arrival and browsing time, and was very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my choice of mattress. My Order was very smoothly taken and completed. Over all, I was very pleased with my Dreams visit and purchase.

I was made to feel very welcome but left to look round on my own. When I did ask for help I couldn't have asked for more. The coffee was very welcome too.!!!

A team member Carol did everything for us to feel very comfortable while shopping. Team members helped her with presentation of mattresses and bed that we were interested of. Thet swap mattress for us or play a music on bed's speakers. We felt very pleased with her assistance.
