Staff really helpfull and the program used to determine what you like in case you're not sure is amazing

I found the staff helpful and made us a cup of tea. They allowed us time to sample different types of mattress and explained the difference between the types available. I found what I was looking for. They were able to deliver at a time of my convenience at my home address, even though I live in Clevedon, and they could take my old mattress away. I was given complimentary pillows to accompany my purchase.

We were welcomed upon arrival and given brilliant advise, he set us up on sleep position machine to aid us in our mattress choosing. He then kindly explained what the print out meant and took us to the appropriate mattresses and some that he felt were suitable for us too. He said he is here to help and if we had any further questions to call him over. He then gave us adequate time for us to chose a mattress. Saying it was lovely to meet us and being very approachable and polite
