Dreams - Ipswich

Staff were very friendly without being pushy,we felt we could browse without staff hovering over us but knew we could seek their advice when needed.

I cannot recommend the Dreams Ipswich store enough - all of their team are an absolute credit to the Dreams Brand. They simply couldnt do enough for us. As soon as we walked into the store, Carol greeted us with a smile. Carol spent ALOT of time with us whilst we were in store, listening to our needs and helping us chose a set to suit both myself and my partner. We were even made a cup of tea which was a pleasant surprise. In all honesty, we walked into the store, with the sole intention to just try mattresses, see what we liked and then buy a bed frame online due to cost. However simply due to Carol's fantastic customer service, there was no doubt in both myself & my partners minds that we wanted to buy the bed and mattress from your Dreams Ipswich store with Carol. The service we received was simply amazing from start to finish. Cathy, the store manager again is clearly great in what she does and has been a pleasure to deal with alongside the assistance of Carol. Working in a customer service environment myself, it is so great to see a whole team take pride in what they do, & to genuinely care about looking after their customers. Again, a huge thank you to all of you in Ipswich!

From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by an assistant, who was very helpful and friendly and explained and showed me the different mattresses to try. Nothing was too much trouble.

We were asked to go on the machine to tell us the sort of matters that would suit my need as I have a bit of a back ....We were able to try all the mattress that we liked ...The lady made us a cup of tea, the other shops didn't !..

The assistant, Shane, was very helpful and offered assistance when needed. We felt he wasn't being pushy or that we were being pressured into any purchases.

Shane was very welcoming and friendly. He gave us time to think and look and advised us as necessary. Also had a welcome cup of tea.
