Cathy the store Manager greeted us on arrival in a very friendly manner, she was very knowledgeable of the products and advised on various options. She made sure I was happy with my decision and explained the process of ordering, delivery and collection very well.

We were greeted immediately upon entering the store and asked if we needed assistance or were happy to browse. After a look around we were approached again and asked if we had any questions. We were offered several alternatives and eventually placed an order which was dealt with swiftly and efficiently. All of our questions were answered. Overall the experience was a pleasurable one.

Beds ready to lay down on and try. Staff all ready to assist if needed. I was served by sue and she was more than helpful and answered all my questions, I was offered a beverage and could take as much time as I needed. I was also given a discount which was an extra delight.

The team were very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. They offered drinks moved mattresses and toppers to ensure we got the right product for us. Felt very welcome and no pressure to buy but all options explained. A very pleasing shopping experience Thank you

The lady who helped us in store was very patient with my son whilst helping him choose a mattress. She answered all our questions and encouraged him to try different mattress to ensure he was satisfied with the choice. She also helped us with various bed base options and explained prices and timings as we went along.

We had purchased before and been pleased and our experience was very good.
