i have get assistance by Cathy and was amazing the way was help us to find the best items for what we needed, strong knowledge and very kind, we felt comfortable all the time. i will recomende dreams for my friends for sure.

Friendly, knowledgeable assistant who guided us to the right mattress we needed for our son off to university. She chatted to my son brilliantly and had a good sense of humour. We could take the mattress home too.

The staff were attentive but didnt jump on me straight away when I entered the store which can be very off putting, they were there when I needed them and able to order what I wanted then and there.

we were not buying the most expensive mattress in the store, but the lady that helped us took time, to see that we were happy with our choice (Carol) advised us on insuring the mattress, and then presented with a free cover. Excelent. We explained we are moving house, and if the date for delivery clash what do we do, and was told just to ring store, they would help sort the delivery date out. Mind at rest.

I spoke to Carol at the Ipswich Store, and she was fabulous. (Order number 083A020031 - I might have given you my validation code earlier). I tried the mattress-matching gadget, and it was fun. I was i a place where I could have visited three bed shops and I started with Dreams and didn't need to go anywhere else... So thank you!
