The salesperson, Carol, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, she answered questions when we asked and left us to consider our options without pressurising us.

Very friendly and helpful member of staff (Carol) nothing was too much trouble, she seemed to be on the customer side rather than a hard sell. i will definitely shop with Dreams in Ipswich again for my next purchase.

Shane the salesman listened to what we wanted, gave us the bed test, where you lay on the bed, then showed us the relevant beds that matched our results. he then told us details about the mattresses and bases, we asked his advice on picking the base, he was very helpful and wasnt pushie. we selected the matress we wanted and the base, he sorted out the order, it was quick and painless, no waiting. and delivery was at a time that suited us. we were offered coffee or a drink when we went into the shop. very helpful.

Cathy was extremely helpful and knew all about the product I was purchasing and explained everything in detail.

Could not find 1 fault from stepping into the store until leaving. Cathy the store manager was very knowledgeable, friendly and listened to our needs. This made what could have been a stressful experience into a pleasant one.
