Shane was very good at showing us the range of products available and how we could mix and match beds and mattresses. He also recommended we try the mattress test before purchasing a mattress.

the member of staff helping us in the shop was extremely helpful in assisting us to find what we wanted, We were then left in peace to discuss and decide what we wanted. He then assisted us well in putting through our purchase, Very impressed by after the sale service. Dreams kept in touch regarding delivery slot etc. the items were delivered exactly on time and the delivery team were excellent. P Clarle

Gerrell was very helpful in helping find us a mattress that suited our needs. His explanation of the different options and types of mattress was incredibly helpful in deciding to purchase our mattress from Dreams. We never felt under any pressure to make a purchase or rush to make a decision. The colour coding and layout of the store was also very easy to navigate and helped us select our order. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Gerrell helped us at the Ipswich store (Suffolk) he spent the best part of 45 minutes giving us loads of information and making us feel so at ease it didn’t feel like we were being forced to make a purchase. It was late in the day so quite quiet in the store but Gerrell was sure to let us do our thing and popped over a few times when he saw us struggling to make a decision. He gave details information on each mattress and his opinions on both. We finally made a decision and even grabbed a couple of the Therapur pillows and an inexpensive double mattress for our spare room as Garrell was such a good salesman we wanted to make you guys away how amazing he was! He had a good joke with us whilst completing the finance and felt like an old friend, whilst remaining professional the whole time! Thanks again for everything and we’re glad we returned after our first mattress purchase 5 years ago! :)

The staff members were friendly and knowledgeable. Nothing was too much trouble and they went out of their way to assist in any way they could.

Lovely sales associate

Harry the store assistant was just fantastic! He was helpful and knowledgeable but at no point he pushed us to a purchase. He advised us and allowed us time to discuss the matter. When we have decided to purchase he was very good and the purchase with the finance option was very easy to complete. Paperless purchase was a dream! We love the bed we have chosen and the service we have received was perfect we will for sure go back to Dreams!

Excellent manageress , made my wife and i a cup of coffee . No pressure put on us what so ever & very knowledgeable .
