Dreams - Ipswich

This was a repeat visit as we had been so pleased with the treatment that we received when we purchased a mattress in January. The colleague that handled our visit then was named Carol and we deliberately looked her out on our latest visit. As she was dealing with another customer she introduced us to Cathy the store manager and they jointly handled our purchase with excellent professional attitudes and product knowledge.

We visited Dreams Ipswich last Sunday with the hope to maybe get a new bed. We had the Ottoman bed in mind but I wasn’t totally sold on the idea of having a tv that comes out of the bottom of the bed. We were approached by store manager Cathy who was extremely helpful and knowledgable. She wasn’t at all pushy and she was extremely friendly and accommodating to our needs. She showed us all the perks of having a tv bed and it’s safe to say I am absolutely thrilled with our decision. She also took the time to show us the sleep match where we found our perfect mattress! It was all round a great day with great service.

Both Shane and Cathy were very helpful in helping me Choose my new bed and mattress. They were friendly, professional and patient.

The service we received from the store in ipswich was exceptional i went back to the store three days later to pick up a mattress (as my daughter couldn’t get this item in 2stores in London) and guy even remembered our names and carried the item to the car and put it in thank you for good service

We were served by Harry, and he was brilliant, he took time to listen and understand what we wanted. It was nice to be given a coffee, everything was great.

We found both sales assistants Durrall & Harry very knowledgeable on all products, very helpful without being pushy . Available to answer all questions when needed with a very pleasant friendly manner. Sales manager was quick to enquire if we were being helped when we were wandering around looking. Definitely recommend to anyone, we found the whole process was dealt with very professionally . You have a good team in Ipswich branch
