We had the pleasure of dealing with Carol who for starters made us all drinks. The store had a very good choice with great prices. Carol made us all feel like a valuable customer & had a very friendly helpful attitude without being pushy. This was all very much appreciated making us wish to do business with yourselves, thanks.

The lovely Carol who assisted us in the Ipswich branch, gave nothing but professional and top customer service. She looked after us from the minute she approached us. She offered us beverages and was very friendly, was happy to help me and explained everything which made this experience, positive. She first introduced me to the machine which would help find what firmness of a matress could suit me, afterwards she showed me several mattresses that the machine suggested and what she personally thought I would like. I didn't expect to go into the first shop and leave with buying a matress but because of her knowledge, friendliness and her help, I have left extremely happy. An absolute gem to that store and my father and I are very happy! It is very eye opening to see the difference customer service can make to a shopping experience, and in this case we enjoyed shopping with Dreams.
