The store was really very busy and the store appeared to be short of staff, however Harry was amazingly helpful given that he was helping several people at once.

Your Colleague Gerrell was excellent. He wasn't pushy in his sales technique... he gave us time to make our own decisions but with valued and clearly experienced advice. Coming from a customer service based industry myself I would give him a 10/10 rating. He is an asset to your company!

Cathy at the Ipswich store was very helpful, freindly and honest she gave us plenty of time with each product to assess our needs with no forceful sales rubbish.

We were offered assistance and we declined as we weren’t ready. He kept an eye on our progress and when it was obvious we had made a decision approached us again. We were allowed to make our own choice and not be rushed!

An assistant was with us within minutes of being in the store and created us friendly and politey. He was very patient as we had our son with us who wasn’t making things easy. At no point did he make us feel uncomfortable if anything he haves us the extra time and was very knowledgeable about the products. He guided us to a decision with pros and cons, we are both very happy with the service and help we received.

A dream of an experience. I was served by Cathy in Ipswich who promptly put me to bed on one of your sleep calculators which then produced a listing of 8 mattresses suited personally to me. With Cathy's assistance I then tested all 8 mattresses in the store until I had chosen the one that was right for me. Nothing was too much trouble for Cathy and in the time I was in the store she had given me 2 cups of delicious coffee. Highly, highly recommended.
