Customer service was excellent, Carol who served us was more like a friend than an assistant.

We cannot rate our experience at the Dreams ransomes euro park highly enough, from the start we were warmly greeted by Cathy who was very informative and knowledgeable. She introduced us to the sleep match machine which mapped out our bodies and preferred sleep patterns, very clever! Upon our results Cathy proceeded to show us our matches. Each different match was explained thoroughly and we were given time to test and discuss our opinions. We eventually settled on the Hyde and Sleep K hybrid STD Orange king size was the best mattress for us. Cathy then proceeded to explain our payment options, and offered us the protection plan and mattress topper, both in our opinion highly worth it. Once we paid we thanked Cathy and left very happy customers. We cannot thank Cathy enough for her help, advice, knowledge and kindness. We were left to browse without being hassled once initially welcomed in yo the store Cathy was more than helpful, polite, friendly annd very efficient. We werent pressured in any way and were given time to ensure made correct chouce 10/10...do not get that often these days :)

I was very pleased with the man that served us.

We have a Stag framed bed and have had trouble getting a mattress to fit. The staff were very helpful in assisting us to accurately measure the mattress to ensure it would be suitable for our bed. Due to numerous road holdups we were very late for our appointment. We did phone the store to tell them of the problems and they were very understanding, even making the toilet available to us when we eventually arrived.

We were the only customers in the store at this time and we were given all the attention and assistance that we needed.

Vicky was friendly, knew how to quickly assist me and pointed me to the right bed at the right price range.

I found exactly what I was looking for and also treated myself to a new bed that I was looking for, and happened to see it on display and loved it. Staff were friendly and helpful.
