Dreams - Ipswich

We were helped by Carol in the Ipswich branch who couldn't do enough to help us guiding us through every relevant bed with good knowledge on each one

I love dreams went in was greeted by a lovely lady called Vicky explained to Vicky what I was looking for and a price budget she showed me the divan bases and head boards that was in my price range never trying to persuade me to go for a higher price bed than my budget allowed then she put me on the fantastic sleep match and offered me a well needed coffee (trying to shop with an 8 year old is exhausting) she then showed me the mattresses that were in my price range which the sleep match matched me with excellent customer service by Vicky throughout now can’t wait for my new bed & mattress to arrive on the 13th jan .

The knowledge of the sales assistant was very good and he listened to what we needed. My wife and I both liked the "sleep match machine" the result agreed with what we thought we needed. We also liked that the sales assistant (Harry) gave us plenty of time to look and try the recommended matrasses without pressuring us to make a decision.

The lady Vicky from the store in Ipswich was very helpful. She offered advice on finding the right mattress and did the sleep test. She often asked if we would like a drink which we accepted once we felt happy to proceed with ordering. She was patient and went out of her way to find the right pillow which was like the one we had a home.

Gentleman who served us was fab! The mattress we wanted wasn’t available in store but he showed us alternatives so we could get a feel for similar mattresses! He helped me when querying the storage of an ottoman and helped us to decide on a rear lifting rather than a side lifting bed due to the layout of our bedroom

Vicky at Ipswich was a great and help and very knowledgeable and really helped our experience be the best. Could not that her enough for her help today. She offered us hot drinks and took her time to tell us all the options we have for our budget

Sales assistant (Shane) was very helpful, friendly & knowledgeable. Assisted with demonstrating the item we were looking at (sofa Bed). Fully explained the operation for opening & closing. Advised of delivery time scales & allowed to select a delivery slot of our choice. Shane made us feel relaxed & felt we had time to make a decison on our purchase without any pressure. Shane also had a good sense of humour which made us feel very relaxed while in store.

Vicky at Ipswich was really really helpful and truthful with what she said she helped us make the best choice and guided us in all the right directions
